May I know that: if there is any governemnt/UGC norms or rules for weeding out of the obsolete books?. how much books we can weed out and dispose off at a time and after what duration we should weed out the books. whether we can weed out books regularly/every year or after a gap of few years. Any government/ugc/university norms in this regard may kindly be cleared.
