National Book Festival 2014 in Kerala Agricultural University: Registration Started The National Book Festival in the Kerala Agricultural University’s College of Horticulture, KAU Main Campus, Thrissur is being organised this year during 13-15 November 2014. Printed as well as electronic books in all subjects like agriculture, science and technology, education, health, literature, linguistics, entertainment, cinema, etc. and digital reading gadgets and instrumentscan be displayed during the exhibition. Publishers, distributors, writers and other agencies willing to participate in the National Book Festival should register in advance. Registration will be accepted till Oct. 30. Registration is free. Dear Moderator Further to my email on slogan writing, I am happy to announce that the winner of the slogan writing competition for South Asia is Mr S Sengupta, Librarian, Delhi Institute of Pharmaceutical Sciences and Research (DIPSAR) and the winning slogan chosen by librarians in south asia from over 300 entries is 'The Library... adding life to your years'. On Librarians' day, we invited librarians from our south Asia to send us their favourite slogans on Libraries. Simultaneously, Our #LibrarySlogan twitter campaign started on 29 September and ended on 17 October 2014. Need help for Joomla

Dear Library Professional, I have installed Joomla 3.3.3 using BitNami on XAMPP on localhost and it installed in the directory XAMPP/apps/joomla. The installed Joomla website is accessible through the URL mentioed below. URL: localhost or IP address/joomla/index.php I want to change the directory name from joomla to lib so that its visibility will be through the url localhost or IP address/lib/index.php but fails to do.
