Sharing Koha Reports for the Indian Libraries

Koha is one of the most suitable open source solution which provide much flexibility while working with modules. Report module of Koha is one of the best and most flexible module which provide opportunity to design your own specific report as per requirements. Founded by Professor P.C. Mahalanobis in Kolkata on 17th December, 1931, the institute gained the status of an Institution of National Importance by an act of the Indian Parliament in 1959. Documentation Research and Training Centre (DRTC) was established in January 1962 as a division of the Indian Statistical Institute. It developed as a result of social forces. Soon after independence, the Government of India created the Indian Standards Institution in 1947. In the same year, its Documentation (Sectional) Committee was formed with Prof.S R Ranganathan as chairman. A proposal was made to Union Ministry of Education for the establishment of a National Documentation Centre. ABOUT THE CONFERENCE Information pervades our lives. Whether executing simple acts or making complex decisions, we depend on information to perform effectively. For better or worse, libraries are part of the fabric of society. Query on Urkund software

Based on the query from Dr. Subhash Khode regarding Urkund software the following is suggested.1. In the report window of Urkund, on the top right hand side the links to sources will be listed. If the article you submitted is available in Urkund archive it will be shown first with maximum similarity. Exclude this link from similarity by removing the tick mark against it.2.
