Dear colleagues, DORA is excited to announce the launch of a new resource: an Introductory Course on Responsible Research Assessment (RRA)! This free, online, self‑paced course is designed to empower individuals from all countries, career stages, and disciplines to understand why research assessment matters and how they can contribute to strengthening it. Through practical insights, examples, and foundational concepts, the course equips participants to support fairer and more effective ways of evaluating research and researchers. May I please request the guidance of senior professionals in regards with the UGC or concern GoI directives/Memorandums/Office orders in regards with the *library support to the Differently abled (Partially Visually Challenged) research scholar in a university library environment*. My peculiar questions are: 1. Whether the library is responsible for providing scribe support to a research scholar who is already availing monetary benefits for scribe from UGC? 2. Whether scribe is entitled for all the library service benefits as a regular user? 3.
