Dear Sir, Central Power Research Institute, Bangalore is building a building for Library and Information Centre above the canteen. The question is 1. Where should be library building located? 2. Whether above the canteen or centrally located in a separate building considering points mentioned in the standard IS:1553? Kindly enlighten me in this regad. (Smt. Is there a need to constitute another library association for the lower staff which can raise pay related issues.
