In my opinion it is not proper that the Downloading should be treated as an Indicator of the quality of Papers. also it is not clear from the attached list which are the the second and third highest downloaded papers that have been authored by the scientists of your lab.however, a final decision about their quality can be taken only after a citation study of these papers. The databases could have the alert feature means as & when any publisher update their website, immediately the alert service inform their client libraries. In regard of exchange rate, I think the GOC rate is ok but Good offices Committee also should change their system and try to update themselves with help and associate with the Banks, Libraries Associations and other relevant societies. Thanks , I'm also aware of this , BCI Publication alias Book Shoppe from Bangalore also was present in that world book fair. Dear Mr. Chandra, The vendors from Bangalore will ask extra charge if the book is brought by courier. I suppose he has mentioned the courier charge. You may please ask him the book should come on ordinary shipment, and not by courier . I'm sure he will not be charging more than $40 rather the vendor would give discount also.
