Nitrate and nitrite were extracted from the toothpaste using distilled water and separated from other water-soluble excipients by two RP-8 columns (250 mm × 4 mm i.d.) using a mobile phase containing 0.2% (w/v) sodium acetate and 2.5% (v/v) glacial acetic acid in distilled water. A UV detector set at 313 nm was used for quantitation. The method was applied to commercial toothpastes containing 5% potassium nitrate and yielded an average recovery of 100.1% with a relative standard deviation of 1.43%. Average recovery of nitrate and nitrite from spiked samples were 100.6% and 96.4%, respectively. Dear Friends, I would like to know the functional drawbacks of E-Granthalaya, Integrated Library Management Software (ILMS) designed by NIC. Drawbacks like you have used this ILMS and found certain problems, whether it is fit for academic library like engineering colleges and so on. Version 3 of this ILMS is already uploaded and multilingual support facilities has been updated. Minimum things like barcode generation and User ID cards facilities is already available like any other commercial software. It is not designed to be a library management system. >> 3. Is there any significant difference of space occupied by koha and Libsys and the records of documents therein on server. Unlikely, both are transaction systems, that record data. Such systems should take up very less disk space. In any case disk space should not worry you, since it is very cheap nowadays. I am not clear as to what your requirements are - do you have a lot of visual material in digital or electronic format or are these physical items? If you have these in digital format, you should use Dspace. If these are physical you should use Koha. Note that in Koha It is possible to provide links to electronic material, which can in turn be stored on Dspace. So a Koha + Dspace combination is also something you might want to consider if you have electronic material and physical items that you want to circulate.
