Upcoming change in Koha ILS's version numbering schema

Dear all, Many among you here are active Koha users. While some of you may be aware that Koha's versioning number scheme is changing within the next few days, many are not yet aware of this change. From the 3.x versioning that we have used for the last 3+ years, we are changing over to a YY.MM style version (ala Ubuntu). The current stable release is 3.22.6 and the next stable release which is scheduled for release in a few days will be 16.05. After graduation he had taken up a job in ITI, Chennai, where he was involved in developing “High Speed, Magnetically Suspended Rotor for Uranium Enriching” for DRDL, Hyderabad, which is being used by Defence even now for their Nuclear project.In 1986, he joined the Signal & Telecom Department of Indian Railways through UPSC / Indian Engineering Services examination.
