Matthai Library. *Educational Qualification:* Should possess a first-class Masters Degree in Library and Information Science from a recognized university. *Desirable Criteria:* Good Communication Skills in English, Basic working knowledge of IT and IT related applications used in libraries. LIBSYS / KOHA will be an added advantage. *Selection:* Selection of the candidates will be done through written test and interview. *Stipend:* A consolidated monthly stipend between Rs.14,000 - Rs. 16,000 shall be offered to the selected candidates. *Age:* Below 28 years *Number of Vacancies:* 1 Interested candidates only who meet the above mentioned requirements with respect to qualification may apply online by 25 December 2019. Most recently, he led a team that built the “Public Access Submission System” (PASS) <https://pass.jhu.edu/>, a platform to help researchers comply with the access policies of their funders and institutions. After the 2013 White House policy requiring public access was passed, SPARC encouraged developers to create a “unified deposit portal” for manuscript deposit.
