Self confidence is one of the major qualities of a librarian. It is a very challenging job. A class-room library consists of Planning and organizing, Resources for library, and Usage of Class-room Library. The resources of a school library are not restricted to books and e-books, but more materials and equipments which would help the children to do activities. In total a school library should be a resource centre than a store house of books. Every librarian should do their best to make the library a lively and lovely place for its users.
