Dear colleagues For the information of college librarians: Kerala Government has accorded sanction to Education and Culture departments to purchase books (both Malayalam and English) from Book Marketing Society exempting from the requirement of competitive quotations subject to the condition that maximum discount will be given to the above departments. Please note that this will not cover purchase of books published by Kerala Sahitya Academy, Kerala State Institute of Children's Literature, State Institute of Encyclopaedic Publication and Sahitya Pravarthaka Sahakarana Sangham.
