Dear Professionals I feel great pleasure in inviting you to UGC SPONSORED NATIONAL SEMINAR ON “ADVANCEMENT OF SCIENCE THROUGH SCIENTOMETRICS”, 27 -28 March 2015, Dept. of Library and Information Science, Annamalai University. *Themes* Ø Science Policy and Research evaluation: Quantitative and Qualitative approaches Ø Scientific Research Fonts and Emerging issues Ø Scientometrics in the history of science Ø From bibliometrics to scientometrics, webometrics and altmetrics Ø Scientometrics indicators Ø Collaboration studies and network analysis Ø Data sources for scientometric studies: coverage, accuracy and reliability Ø Visualisation and science mapping: tools, methods and applications Ø Science research reporting – plagiarism- opportunities and threats, plagiarism softwares. *Call for Papers * Participants are invited to contribute papers for presentation on the above theme and related aspects. Respected Professionals and Friends, 1. One of my friend recently enrolled for PhD and also selected few of titles for Research. 2. Now he wants to check weather on the same topics anybody has already did or doing the same. 3. He also consulted *Shodhganga* as well as *Shodhgangothri* he is not find any of the same topics. 4. Can you provide other sources to check duplication because many Universities are not updated Research works in Shodhganga and Shodhgangothri. 5. So please provide us other sources or sites how we can check the ongoing research topics and other titles. We are waiting for your valuable replies.
