Arun COL will distribute a policy brief on MOOCs during the upcoming meeting of the Commonwealth Ministers of Education (The Bahamas, June 2015). There is going to be a special panel on MOOCs. Key speakers include Daphne Koller (founder of Coursera) and Martin Bean (founder of FutureLearn). This document will be presented there as well. The authors are Prof David Porter (Canada) and Prof Russell Beale (UK).
