Importance of preprints

Friends, The world of science and scholarship is moving towards accepting the advantages of adopting preprints as the primary means of scholarly exchange, albeit slowly. Luke Drury of the International Science Council is a formidable advocate of preprints. See the ISC Occasional paper https://council.science/publications/normalization-preprints/. Note : (i) The fulfillment of these conditions is to be certified by the Registrar or the Dean (Academic Affairs) of the university concerned.
