Dear sir/Madam, We have Urkund software for Thesis plagiarism checking. When i checked the theses every time report shows only 2-4 % similarity. I told that i am checking properly. I am also unable to understand report completely. Again i want to know if i have checked thesis and researcher want to submit after correction again then how i can remove first version of his/her thesis to avoid 100% similarity. Kindly guide me in details. E-Procurement of Goods and Services: Karnataka is Way Ahead

Dear Sir, Karnataka Government is in its implementation of e-governance is way ahead compared to any other state. The Bhoomi project which was aimed at digitizing land records and one of the highly successful e-initiative was started way back in 2001. In many other e-governance initiatives also Karnataka state has its own pride. The e-procurement of books and other goods also is in place for the last four to five years.
