Dear Friends, Dont accept/implement library softwares available free. Not all software available free is not under the category of open source / free software. Please consider following factors while selecting a free/open source source software, Data import and export Library standards Operating system (Windows is not secure. Expect Virus attack any time), Capability to implement in a network License (e.g. GPL) Web interface etc Koha, openbiblio, PMB, NewGenLib etc are popular library management systems accepted open source license.
