The rapid growth of information technology has thrown up enormous
opportunities in the field of digital libraries (DL). Seeing the potential
of leveraging this tool for learning and bridging the knowledge gap,
TERI?s Library and Information Centre has already conducted two
international conferences on digital libraries since the year 2004. Both
the conferences received an overwhelming response and approximately 700
participants including over 100 foreign participants from over 30
countries. It is now proposed to host the third such conference from 23?26
February in 2010 by TERI and IGNOU.
The theme of the proposed conference is ?Digital Libraries: Shaping the
Information Paradigm?. The conference will focus on creation, adoption,
implementation and utilization of digital libraries, e-learning and a
knowledge society. We invite you all to submit your research paper.

Original papers focusing on the theme of the conference?Digital Libraries:
