Emala, IATLIS,Lis-net etc. When messages are cross-posted a lot of duplication at the subscriber's end occurs. As many messages contain replies to some first link in a thread, one has to read through a lot of messages before deleting duplicates. How can we avoid such duplication? Dear Colleagues, I do agree that this LIS-Forum started by Late Dr. Rajashekar is the first of its kind in the country for library professionals. Over the year it has helped all of us in many ways. It is an example of a practical work done by Dr. TBR, and not just 'plain talk' given by many. However, I do not agree to Mr. Goudar's statement ".... I think that the quality and relevance of the content is also very important in lis-forum.
