Call for Papers/ Participation Seminar cum Workshop on “Web Resources in Social Science Research” The department in collaboration with “Indian Council of Social Science Research” (ICSSR), North Western Region, Chandigarh is organizing a two day seminar/workshop on “Web Resources in Social Science Research” for teachers and research scholars of Social Sciences belonging to universities and colleges of the ‘North Western Region of India’ from 15-16 March, 2010. The workshop will focus on emerging Web resources, their format , discovery, effectiveness and authencity in diverse fields of Social Sciences, besides providing opportunity to participants in gaining valuable insights, exchange ideas, explore new opportunities and build new web enabled networks. The department invites teachers, research scholars and other stake holders from Social Science disciplines to contribute a paper or participate in the event to share their ideas and enrich themselves of the latest trends in the Social Science research. We are also enclosing herein the registration form which should reach to us by or before February 25, 2010.
