Publiclibraries are instrumental for formation of knowledge society and overallsocietal transformation. The objective of this conference is to provide aplatform for the library information professionals across the country toaddress, discuss issues related to public libraries and their role in socialtransformation. The authors are requested to submitabstracts of the papers in about 250 to 300 words in the prescribed format (A4Size; 1.5 Space, 12 point Times New Roman Font) through email tohodlibsc@suniv.ac.in on or before 10th February 2023.
