The Regional Information Centre in Delhi provides comprehensive and up-to-date information about Germany. Responsibilities: * Provide assistance in organization of international conferences and seminars * Coordinate the local staff training programmes * Provide information services about Germany * Provide coverage of the circulation desk * Work with the content management system to update the website and other web projects * Create attractive displays to promote library collection and services * Maintain address databases * Carry out day to day office administration and other related activities Requirements: * Master's degree in Humanities * Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English * Good knowledge of spoken and written German language and culture an advantage * Strong organizational skills and experience in day to day office administration * Competence in using new technology as a research tool * Profound knowledge of computer applications * Strong commitment to public service * Initiative, flexibility, and strong ability to work in a team environment Remuneration in accordance with the MMB salary scheme and in commensuration with qualifications and experience.
