Dear Professionals, As per the 1996 Pay Revision, the UGC has reduced the redisency period from eight years to six years for teachers, but retained as eight for librarians. If there is any change, I would like to know the present rules of the UGC regarding the career advancement of University Assistant Librarians and College Librarians to Senior Grande and Selection Grade.
