hi every one   there was serious discussion regarding ban of registration to administrative staff for registration to PhD. i discussed this with Prof Devarajan. he told tht it is not exclusive to librarians and the order is issued in general.he already took up the matte or librarians. a committee is appointed by the univ to consider the issue.
