Sad Demise of Prof P N Kaula It is hard to believe that Padmasree Prof P N Kaula, an eminent scholar, a great teacher, internationally renowned library scientist, a doyen is no more. Prof Kaula passed away on August 30, 2009 around at 12.00 noon due to cardiac arrest.  The sad demise of Prof Kaula is a great loss for the LIS profession. He was a life member of IASLIC and was associated with different activities of. IASLIC.  With his guiding comments and suggestions IASLIC has been enriched its services in different aspects.  With heavy heart, on behalf of IASLIC, I pry to have peace and mental strength to the family members to bear this irreparable loss.
