The theme of the International Conference would be KNOWLEDGE MANAGEMENT AND ORGANIZATION IN THE DIGITAL ERA (ICKMODE -2013) Date: 17-19 January, 2013 at Birla Auditorium, SIT Campus, Tumkur (near Bangalore) Karnataka- India. The objective of the conference is to bring together all the library professionals to a common platform, to promote libraries in academic and research organizations, to facilitate the exchange of ideas and help to bridge the knowledge gap among the professionals associated with libraries, and to develop the professional competent, and to brainstorm about critical issues related to knowledge management and organization in libraries and information services and to generate agenda of future research topics in the digital era. It is also a unique oppertunity to bridge the knowledge gap between developed and developing countries through an exchange of ideas among leading experts from global scenario.
