Respected members, The first e-learning portal of the North East was launched by the Gauhati University in 13th November 2009 by the Vice-Chancellor of Gauhati University Prof OK Medhi at a function held at the BKB auditorium of the university. The portal has been developed by the faculty members of the Institute of Distance and Open Learning of the university.
