I understand that Libsys is most widely used software in India, but some big institutions are also using Virtua. We have to decide for the best software for our library. The selection criteria are *all advanced features *(email/sms alerts for issue, return, return of reserved item; automatic overdue reminders; robust searching facilities; content enriched OPAC; virtual shelf; printing and reporting; etc.) *working seamlessly*, *true implementation of RFID Gate* and *self issue-return system*.
