Dear Professionals,<br><br>I request your kind feedback on <i>your</i> p<i>roduct satisfaction</i> for <b>Libsys-LSPremia</b> and <b>VTLS-Virtua</b>. I understand that Libsys is most widely used software in India, but some big institutions are also using Virtua.<div>
<br></div><div>We have to decide for the best software for our library. The selection criteria are <b>all advanced features </b>(email/sms alerts for issue, return, return of reserved item; automatic overdue reminders; robust searching facilities; content enriched OPAC; virtual shelf; printing and reporting; etc.) <b>working seamlessly</b>, <b>true implementation of RFID Gate</b> and <b>self issue-return system</b>.</div>
