But copying of out of print material for use in the research, classroom and on library reserve is more likely to be considered fair use. There is no such clause under Indian Copyright law but Section 108 of US Copyright Law (108. Limitations on exclusive rights: Reproduction by libraries and archives) provides you this facility.
