[LIS-Forum] Part time Research

  Dear all With reference to recent decision to withdrawal of  in service Ph.D. programme by JNU University and Kerala University which will affect the academic progress of inservice librarians. I would like to suggest that Library and Information Science should be introduced as one of the subjects at pre university  and undergraduate level along with other  subjects viz. physics , mathematics, biology, History, economics  etc. This will hugely  benefit library graduates and postgraduates; in academic excellence and job opportunities Mohan T.A.
