Hi,
I fully agree with Mr. Rajesh. It will be great if the additional information (as Rajesh pointed out) can be provided.
Looks crazy BUT hard-reality:
Sometimes some organization having some employee already working their (contractual/permanent basis) and the Management also convinced to take them up for higher role but to avoid audit issues again they do advt. and people all over apply for the same and even do attend the interview while the result of the interview is predefined before the advt. is published.
Is there any way can it be managed?
