Would like to correct meaning of "Peer - Reviewed Journal" . Peer - Reviewed Journal means that the articles in the journal are published only after they have been referred to some other experts from the domain / research area of the article. The confusion of linking Indexing to Peer-Review is due to the fact that all Indexing Services only include "Peer - Reviewed" journals in their services. So we can say that all Indexed Journals are Peer-Reviewed. However, not all Peer-Reviewed Journals are indexed. A journal published from India if has the above features, it is an international journal. A journal is peer reviewed if it is indexed by databases such as Web of Science, SCOPUS, COMPENDEX and similar one.
