Would like to correct meaning of "Peer - Reviewed Journal" . Peer - Reviewed Journal means that the articles in the journal are published only after they have been referred to some other experts from the domain / research area of the article. The confusion of linking Indexing to Peer-Review is due to the fact that all Indexing Services only include "Peer - Reviewed" journals in their services. So we can say that all Indexed Journals are Peer-Reviewed. However, not all Peer-Reviewed Journals are indexed. how can we decide whether a journal is national or international? whether a journal published in India can't be international?
