Karnataka Public Service Commission has invited applications for filing up 167 Librarians posts in First Grade colleges of Karnataka. The qualification is MLISc+UGC. My question is why librarians are categorized under 'C' grade?. If Librarians are 'C' grade, what are the qualifications for the posts in 'C' grade? For the Lecturer post in Group 'A' only the PG with First class is the qualification!!!!. Why this difference?? Experts can answer. *Thimmappa N.
