The qualification is MLISc+UGC. My question is why librarians are categorized under &#39;C&#39; grade?. If Librarians are &#39;C&#39; grade, what are the qualifications for the posts in &#39;C&#39; grade? For the Lecturer post in Group &#39;A&#39;&nbsp; only the PG with First class is the qualification!!!!.&nbsp; Why this difference?? Experts can answer. <br>
