Competition Commission of India has decided that FPBAI cannot restrict its members in Library Discounts, a penalty of Rs. 2 lacs has been imposed on FPBAI and Rs. 1,00,000 on Mr. Sunil Sachdev of Allied Publishers and Mr. S C Sethi and copy of the same is attached for reference of all Libraries
