*Objectives of the Conference:*

The conference aims at bringing together leading academic scientists,
researchers and research scholars, to exchange or share their experiences
and research results about all aspects of Open Access. It provides the
premier interdisciplinary forum for researchers, practitioners and
educators, to present and discuss the most recent innovations, trends,
concerns, practical challenges encountered and the solutions adopted in the
field of Open Access. It also aims to educate the research community and
public on the benefits of OA resources and open source software.

*Call for papers*

 Original contributions in the form of research papers, case studies and
surveys are invited on any of the sub themes mentioned above or any other
topic related to the main theme of the conference.

*Guidelines to Authors:*

 A panel will review the papers based on originality of the work, quality
and relevance to the main topic of the Conference. Full Paper (not more
than 4000 words) carrying the Abstract, 4-5 Keywords, Title, Name (s),
Affiliations, E-mail address, should be in Times New Roman 12 Font size,
line spacing 1.5 typed in word format. Follow the APA Style of Citation for
all references. Kindly submit the soft copy on or before 10th December 2015
through email: ncrtoa at gmail.com. The acceptance of paper will be
communicated through E-mail to the main author of the paper.

*All the accepted full papers will be published in the conference
proceedings with ISBN*. All the participants are requested to send well in
advance duly filled registration form along with the requisite fee
applicable. Registration for all authors is mandatory for paper publication
and presentation.

The Registration Fee includes conference kit and refreshment.
