Dear Sir/Madam,

This is just to add something to the on going discussion on 
"India is among the leaders in predatory publishing". Happened to write a small write up on this topic in 2013 in Current Science, Vol 104, issue # 11. The title of the write up is "How does UGC identify predatory journals?"
