Thank you for sharing the background about Raja in memory of his untimely, tragic death. I had the privilege of meeting him in Paris two years ago at a Symposium I co-organized with UNESCO and CODATA on Open Access and the Public Domain. I had very high regard for him and am saddened by his departure from our midst. I know he will be greatly missed.
