Social bookmark tools are rapidly emerging on the Web. In such system users are setting up lightweight conceptual structure called folksonomies. Folksonomy is the practice and method of collaboratively creating and managing tags to annotate and categorize content. Folksonomy describes the bottom-up classification systems that emerge from social tagging. This colloquium focuses on developments in this area.
