Dear Colleagues, What kind of questions regarding established library practices do appear in your mind when you carry on routine works in your library? What keeps you anxious/worried when you contemplate to introduce something new in your library? Are you looking for answers to some questions related to operation/management/improvement of your library? If you have questions as above, please share with me at least two such questions which you think are very important to answer for the betterment of your library (more are most welcome if that does not tax your valuable time).
