Dear All, In continuation with our efforts to enhance Library services via development of Library website ( http://library.nitrkl.ac.in/ ), publishing of library e-newsletter ( http://library.nitrkl.ac.in/enewsletter/enewsletter.pdf ) User Education Programme etc. for NIT Rourkela, Now we have planned to share our technical and professional knowledge with Library professionals through a Series (Empowering Library Professionals to Empower society) of workshop/Seminar/Conferences etc. So Biju Patnaik Central Library of NIT Rourkela is proud to announce first National Workshop on "Library Automation (Koha), Content Management System (Joomla) & Data Migration: Challenges and Prospects" from 02-05 May, 2014 under the Series "Empowering Library Professionals to Empower Society (ELPES)-I" . The most peculiarity of this workshop is to provide training to the participants in such a way that they can Implement the same in real environment and the experts from NIT Rourkela library will provide them online/telephonic support up to at least Six month from the date of Workshop.
