Dear Sudarsan, We are following the parallal practice of maintaining Accn Register virtual and manual since last 3 yrs. We take print out of Accn register from Libsys everyday/after accessioning and get the printouts bound for the period April to March. We had submitted the same to AICTE during the visit. Similarly one may keep the same on CD/s and preserve. I think AICTE or similar body is concerned about the contents and physical presence of Accn Register and not the media. Bhagyashree J.
