Dear Mr. Chandra, The vendors from Bangalore will ask extra charge if the book is brought by courier. I suppose he has mentioned the courier charge. You may please ask him the book should come on ordinary shipment, and not by courier . I'm sure he will not be charging more than $40 rather the vendor would give discount also. We need to have a mechanism where importers of foreign books in India would be regularly announcing, at a single website, their new arrivals for the information of potential buyers.
