Dear All, We have started a OAI-based harvesting service (service provider) to harvest metadata from various OAI compliant Institutional Repositories (IR) in India at National Centre for Science Information (NCSI), Indian Institute of Science. Wherein it provides a single point access of harvested metadata of registered repositories using a simple web based interface. This service is also registered to www.openarchives.org. Currently 15 Indian OAI repositories have been indexed. You can visit the site http://casin.ncsi.iisc.ernet.in/oai/ to access the metadata information of harvested repositories. We request you that if your IR has not been registered to our site then please register to the harvester hosted at NCSI so that harvester can harvest your repository periodically. It can be done by visiting the URL http://casin.ncsi.iisc.ernet.in/oai/. In case any problem we can be contacted by the email ID: harvester@ncsi.iisc.ernet.in.
