Dear All, On behalf of KALA and SRELS, I cordially invite you for the next monthly lecture of KALA to be held on Saturday 6th March 2010. This lecture is being organized in collaboration with Sarada Ranganathan Endowment for Library Science (SRELS). The details of the lecture are given below: Title: User Interfaces in Indian Languages: Some Experiments and Experiences, by Sarada Ranganathan Endowment for Library Science by SRELS Team Venue: Karnataka State Library Association, #702, Upstairs, 42nd Cross, III Block, Rajajinagar, Bangalore- 560010 Date & Time: Saturday, 06 March 2010 at 5.30 P.M. Abstract: Presentation relating to and based on the work of the SRELS team during the past six months to develop Indian language (Kannada and Tamil) user interfaces to Greenstone Digital Library (GSDL) collections. This project has been assigned to and supported by eIFL, Netherlands. It is part of the South Asia GSDL Network development Programme.
