NAD is comprising two interoperable digital depositories namely NSDL Database Management Limited (NDML) and CDSL Ventures Limited (CVL). The National Securities Depository Ltd (NSDL) and the Central Depository Services India Ltd (CDSL) are both share depositories and these two depositories are registered with SEBI.
