I am blissful to inform you that the work of the development of ILA Portal has been completed and is being taken well by the Library Professionals in the country. Some important features which need be highlighted by every one of us are as follows: 1. *Online registration* of ILA membership through ‘PayUmoney’ for librarians in India and ‘PayPal’ for librarians in foreign countries. 2. The *Database of ILA members* with search facility has also been developed. 3. The *Edit Profile Module* will enable the ILA members to update their profile. 4. *Minutes of meetings of ILA* General Body, Council and Executive are also available in full text. 5. *ILA Newsletter* is now coming out regularly and the *back issues* also available for reference in the Newsletter database. 6. *Journal of Indian Library Association* (JILA) now into 52nd volume has undergone complete metamorphosis with regard to its appearance, editorial board, organization of text and Standardization of bibliographic references.
