Dear all, As we all know UGC-MHRD has published the Gazette Notification reg.: "UGC Regulations on Minimum Qualifications for Appointment of Teachers and other Academic Staff in Universities and Colleges and Measures for the Maintenance of Standards in Higher Education 2010". 1. Annual Self Assessment of the Performance Based Appraisal System (PBAS) is printed on page no. 127-136. This proforma is for Teaching faculty of the universities and colleges. In this proforma, on page no. 136 in the bottom part, it is mentioned that 'Similar PBAS proforma could be developed by the universitities for the cadres of Librarian/Deputy Librarian / Assistant Librarian and (...) based on the API scoring pattern outlined in Appendix III : Tables IV to IX of the UGC Regulations, 2010'. 2. PBAS proforma for Promotion under CAS is printed on page no. 137-149. This proforma is also for Teaching faculty of the universities and colleges. In this proforma, on page no. 149 in the bottom part, it is mentioned that 'Similar PBAS proforma could be developed by the universitities for the cadres of Librarian/Deputy Librarian / Assistant Librarian and (...) based on the API scoring pattern outlined in Appendix III : Tables IV to IX of the UGC Regulations, 2010'. In this regard, if anyone has the proforma with proper subdivision of points and API's mentioned in Appendix III Table VII Category I and II of the said Gazette Notification, please send it to me, as our university has not framed any proforma for librarians. Note : Please don't send the Appendix III : Table VII as it is already with me. If there is some proforma with proper subdivisions of the activities and API's mentioned in this table published by any university for librarians, kindly send it to me please...
