This UGC sponsored seminar will be organized by the Department of Library and Information Science, V.P.M.’s Joshi-Bedekar College, Thane 400 601, (Maharashtra). The proposed seminar focuses on the challenges ahead of computerization and networking of libraries. These two accomplishments open several other opportunities which have to be exploited to achieve full potentials of automation and networking.
